How to Install Telegram in Pakistan

1: Download it from Playstore 

 

First you have to download it from playstore from the given link or by directly searching Telegram on your Play Store.

2: Install VPN (Hotspot)

 

After installing Telegram from playstore, you have to install VPN before oepning the Telegram.
